Clear structure, citations, and professional tone do not make content manipulative. The meaningful boundary is not whether a page looks written for AI, but whether a rewrite silently changes facts, sources, or scope.

3. Claims: new comparisons, outcomes, or causal statements need independent support and scope.

A rewrite that changes “may be suitable” into “is proven effective” is not merely GEO formatting. For scaled content, sample numbers, entities, dates, negations, and qualifiers because small edits in these fields can distort meaning.
